On February 28th, Knoch hosted a "Cost Benefits of LEED" seminar for the area’s top executives interested in the green building movement. Nationally recognized, green speaker, Paul Shahriari, discussed the proven cost benefits of green construction and offered insight on construction and life-cycle costs by reviewing LEED certified project case studies and other available research.
