Schools learn about construction from Chuck Fenske

On December 7th, the Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools welcomed Chuck Fenske as a speaker at their 10th Annual Ohio Charter Schools Conference. Fenske discussed the different construction delivery methods, and how organizations can mitigate risk, while controlling costs to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of physical facilities.

Fenske reviewed four common methods for managing large construction projects, and led an interactive session where participants worked through case studies to evaluate projects, and determine appropriate management techniques.

Knoch Corporation has built more than 40 schools in Ohio and has worked with several public districts, including Canton City Schools, Akron Public Schools, and Wadsworth City Schools.
