Construction Management: Design-Build, General Contractor, Construction Manager. Which is best for you?

Most people just don't know the differences between design/build, general contracting, and construction management. Knoch is happy to explain these differences and see which is best for you. When performing in a design-build capacity, Knoch provides a single-source responsibility for all planning, design, and construction. All elements of your project can be delivered on a fast-track basis with minimal involvement of the owner.

When acting as a general contractor, Knoch actively oversees work during the construction phase, working in unison with the architect and owner’s representative.

As a construction manager we serve the owner, architect, and consultants from the conceptual design of a project throughout its completion into occupancy. Our staff provides coordination of cost, schedule and quality, as well as execution of work throughout construction.
